Daily Duties at Pet Medical Center:
Manage a team of 15 employees. Make sure the clients and their pets are taken care of in a timely manner. Sign in and charge out clients. Reviews, hiring, termination, schedules, staff meetings, employee files and address their issues and/or complaints. Daily Financial analysis, deposits, and balance out the systems. Along with marketing to increase sales. Post all information on policy changes, daily & meeting attendance, financial goal for the month, inventory and ordering.
