Daily Duties at Maddox Smye:
As a Buyers Brigade Brigadier, I have gone through a training program to effectively observe and record the behaviors of selling professionals. Brigadiers are asked to visit client sites in the insurance, financial services, auto and/or other industries, posing as interested buyers to evaluate sales professionals based on the Maddox Smye standards of identified and specific criteria. Follow up after these visits entailed writing of clear, concise, grammatical evaluations, and giving effective verbal feedback. This is an independent contractor position that I perform on an as needed basis for this region.
