Daily Duties at Automobile Club Of Southern California:
Commuicate effectively and provide great customer service. Determine acceptability of insurance risk by evaluating various facts and risk characteristics. Review new business applications prior to processing. Analyze and evaluate risk to exposure for proper premium and acceptability. Communicate with agents and insured’s regarding risk, training, and promoting ACSC - AAA. Review agent submitted business for audits. Process audits to identify agent errors and premium leakage. Process Renewal, Amendment Orders, Green Sheets (production). Manage a daily workload, while adapting to changes in daily priorities. Communicate with Agent/Brokers regarding acceptability/training/coaching/declines. Honorary Position: Assistant Floor Manager for the Emergency Response Team: training, updating procedure manuals, and coordinating floor monitors.
