Daily Duties at Finance America Llc:
Audit loans that have been funded by way of: Analyzing credit history and income documentation to determine pricing, acceptability, risk and Borrowers ability to re-pay loan. Review Preliminary Title Report for liens, encumbrances, and vesting and plot map. Review loan to company guidelines for product selected and verify accuracy, conditioning for additional items to move loan to doc and funding. Calculate ratios for loan program and restructure if over limits. Communicate with Brokers, Loan Officers, Account Managers, and internal staff to ensure a smooth flow of the loan process. Perform Fraud Investigations on Brokers and Loan Officers. Assist with loan pool sales by obtaining documents need to sale loans and clarifying guidelines.
