Daily Duties at Washington Mutual:
Analyze credit history and income documentation to determine pricing, acceptability, risk and Borrowers ability to re-pay loan. Montior Account Executive pipelines for loan submissions following guidelines for company production and accuracy. Review Preliminary Title Report for liens, encumbrances, vesting and plot map. Review loan to company guidelines for product selected and verify accuracy, conditioning for additional items to move loan to doc and funding. Calculate ratios for loan program and restructure if over limits. Communicate with Brokers, Loan Officers, Account Managers, and internal staff to ensure a smooth flow of the loan process.
