Daily Duties at At&T, Inc:

• Directs regional sales operations, Channel Delivery, Marketing, and Information Technology resources in consumer market launch activities – performance planning, system preparedness and process support, desktop readiness, and workforce training. • Coordinates all activities for a successful on-time launch deployment of U-verse Southwest and East Regional projects to the Consumer enterprise. • Manages the development of call center and system processes for sales channels and specialty groups. Successfully deliver software solutions and requirements for four system releases simultaneously, under severe time and budget constraints. • Facilitates and negotiates force planning models for FTE budget and training requirements, call volume projections, and channel sales forecasts with regional force planning organization subject-matter-experts. • Leads cross-regional/cross-functional core teams of 30+ members to manage project status, issue logs, client and technical requirements development, timeline development, implementation, Post Implementation Validation, and key learning reviews.
