Daily Duties at Houston Creative:

Provide administrative assistance to executive management & design team. Work closely with staff to answer questions and assist their needs as applicable. Order and maintain office supplies, company forms and equipment. Coordinate computer set-up, telecommunication devices and initial office supplies for office personnel. Prepare and process expense reports, invoices and purchase orders. Recruit and hire talent, HR benefits, payroll and accounts payable & receivable. Prepare documents, presentations, spreadsheets, etc., as needed using Microsoft Office products. Responsible for invoicing and expense report processing as well as management of updating budget information. Management of calendars, employee vacation schedules, and travel arrangements. Print, bind, package & distribute project-marketing materials (including documents via internet). Assist with the organization of social events related to business development.
