Daily Duties at Debt Management Associates:
I advanced from applications/transfer clerk to administrative assistant and then to team leader. I produced accurate productivity reports, monitored calls, handled calls from upset clients and completed all necessary paperwork. When this company closed, I was actively recruited to join the staff of Debt Management Credit Counceling Corporation and, did, in fact, join their staff in February, 2004.
