Project management For a global consumer products company with annual revenue of over $8 billion: Co-managed a team of 5 Consultants in the design of a new organizational structure that would facilitate the integration and globalization of three Marketing business units. Managed a budget of over $1.1 million in the redesign of business processes and global infrastructures for the Marketing function. Partnered with Sales leadership team to develop business strategies and operating models for Sales and Sales Support organizations. Managed all aspects of graduate and undergraduate recruiting for Towers Perrins Global Resources Group, including recruiting process, material, and team of 10-12 people. Consulting Advised a newly merged pharmaceutical company to effectively manage post-merger integration, specifically focusing on executive recruiting, change management, executive compensation, and other HR-related programs. Designed business strategies, operating business model, and organizational structure for a newly formed Foundation of a global financial services institution with revenues of $69 billion.
