Daily Duties at Ibm:
• Led organizational change activities for two distinct phases of a sales and marketing transformation for a global electronics firm with revenue of $63 billion to: • Design a Project Management Office (PMO) organization with job descriptions, an operating model, governance structure, project lifecycle processes, accountability matrices (RACI), and PMO tools. • Lead recruiting efforts to staff roles for newly designed PMO organization. • Design and deliver learning and development programs to transfer knowledge of processes, methodologies, and over 35 project management tools. • Designed the organization and governance that would support a global electronics firm’s website, where significant work included the creation of shared services, centers of excellence, job descriptions, governance and content management processes, and accountability matrices. • For a global telecommunications firm with monthly revenues of over $2 million to outsource IBM: • Managed all communications activities for entire transformation project, integrating all communications strategies and ensuring consistency across multiple releases and work streams. • Trained and provided on-site support to staff at over 20 call centers. • Led change management activities for Self Service release (includes designing incentive plans for increasing customer adoption, stakeholder management, and communications).
