Daily Duties at Independent Contrator:
Communicate with clients and lenders in person or via telephone, correspondence, email; Review disclosures for completeness and compliance; meet all closing deadline dates, maintenance of loans, files, records and telemarketing. Input new listings into the Multiple Listing Service on Paragon, extensive researching on comparables in desired areas for clients on the MLS; Create postcards, brochures and digital photos; mass mailings work independently and as a team player. Assist realtor in open house.
