As a one person office administrator I am responsible for overseeing and performing all administrative and clerical functions for a multi-unit Sleep Lab operation in 3 states. Daily duties include patient scheduling counciling, billing, and on-going support, Technician interviewing, hiring, scheduling and overseeing, Post Study patient education, dispersement of durable medical equipment and monthly support and followup, All clerical duties including generating reports, Inventory control, Purchasing, Accounts payable and receivable, Marketing, presentations and new business relations, insurance credentialing and all billing.
