Daily Duties at Insight Global Inc. :
Translated Telecommunications Service Orders for circuit path and equipment selection requirements. Arranged all aspects of pre-site visit coordination, to include composing and submitting on site visitor access request and work request to field techs, equipment staging and configuration, interfacing with the site points of contacts, circuit installation teams and DISA contacts. Confirmed all equipment requirements were properly entered into and shipped from the WMS. Central point of contact for all tracking and status of assigned regional orders.
