Receiving Clerk n Take in all Bills of Lading for receipt n Verify worksheets for accuracy and vendor compliance standards n Process all necessary receiving paperwork n Perform administrative functions n Document Purchase Order Shortages/Overages/Damages for claims Inventory Control Lead/Seasonal Supervisor § Responsible for Inventory Integrity § Responsible for sku administration, slotting of product and data integrity § Worked with buyers on product problems § Managed 56-100 employees during the peak season § Maintained database, entered and updated information in the AS/400 system § Trouble shoot inventory problems § Trained employees how to operate AS/400 system § Conducted training sessions for incoming seasonal employees § Updated and corrected procedures for the departments § Entered associates user names and passwords into PKMS § Reset users passwords in PKMS
