Supervised the operations of wafer fabrication department with responsibility for WIP turns, cycle time and yield of inductive Thin Film Head product line. Established production schedules, ensured availability of resources, collaborated with planning and logistics group to ensure that WIP tracking was on schedule to meet production goals. Additional responsibilities included developing a prototype facility for transfer of products and tracking new products from beginning to the end process. Instituted cross-training that maximized utilization of manpower.
