Daily Duties at Wave Splitter Technologies:
Managed the Quality group. Performed as Management Representative to ensure that the quality system, as defined in Quality System Manual, was established, implemented, and maintained. - Planned and led Management Review Meetings with Senior Staff to review the suitability and effectiveness of the quality system. - Hire, train, and manage Document Control and Quality Control staff. Position entailed developing training programs to maximize associate performance. Other responsibilities included meeting production goals, quality and cost objectives. Brought company into compliance with ISO9000:2000 and all OSHA, state and city requirements through creation of a safety training matrix.
