• Managed and supervised up to eighteen (18) field engineer with their daily needs and supports. • Implemented installation and scheduled service upgrade of NEC telephone systems supporting government and commercial establishments. • Exceeded $550,000.00 standard quarterly profits from sales and service contracts. • Maintained inventory of branch warehouse and updated restock as needed. • Provided government proposals and orders under General Services Agreement (GSA), schedule 70. • Provided commercial proposals and orders per special pricing from the company. • Managed shipments of all materials to customer sites. • Addressed problem areas and recommended solutions to Branch Director of Operation
