Daily Duties at Ata Airlines:

Assisting all cusotmers with process of check in and check out for air travel. Assured all the luggage was tagged with and ifentified with the proper information for easy identification by cusotmer upon arrival at their destination. Functioned as security agent by checking all travel documents and assured that customers had the correct tickets for their particular flight and seating assignment. Manually connected jet bridge to incoming planes to enable passengers to disembark from their plane. Problem solved for cusotmers when any particular flight had to be over booked. I accomplished this by providing alternate travelling arrangements, overnight accommodation at local hotels.
