Daily Duties at Arrow Electronics:
Report designing using crystal reporting tool. Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for Sales summary of East, West, and Canadian division. Maintaining Access Database for sale of software, hardware, and services for Sun Microsoft. Preparing and analyzing of sales operations schedules of software, services, and storages packages. Assisting in weekly forecasting of sales. Daily, weekly, and monthly pricing and profit margin analysis by product category, and by creating charts. Preparing monthly power point presentation for Board meetings. Calculating customers rebates according to specified standards. Monthly analysis and reporting of top sales customers for marketing. Auditing of mark-up allowed to customers. Preparing scheduled billings and inventory aging schedules by products.
