Daily Duties at United States Olympic Committee:

Directed coordination of international team logistics, selection criteria, athlete qualification, accreditation, entries, classifications, protests, staffing, protocol and Games budgets ensuring optimal performance for 21 major international sporting events. Diplomatically managed the USOC’s interactions and planning with international counterparts and Organizing Committees for Olympic, Paralympic, Pan American, ParaPanAmerican and World University Games for Villages, Planning & Operations and Athlete Welfare. Implemented Games time issue resolution and crisis management ensuring issues were resolved through problem resolution strategies. Responsibilities included liaising with host broadcaster and affiliated talent for Olympic & Paralympic Team Briefing Video as well as satellite Olympic studios and managing post-Game delegation activities.
