Daily Duties at Ucla:
Developed and maintained a user education training program. Chaired a committee for restructuring the department web site, as well as administered multiple departmental web sites and web server directories and files. Managed group address lists for email. Coordinated and managed software licensing, and installed software. Liaison and quality control for programmers in implementing online systems. Provided audio-visual (AV) assistance for annual conferences by assisting speakers with reviewing and editing of presentations, and approved all sessions for proper setup and presentation file preloading prior to sessions. Provided quality control of grant database. Resolved special request PowerPoint issues for the department chair and faculty. Invited speaker for annual student orientations and departmental course seminar sessions. Attended seminars to keep abreast on new and changing technology.
