Daily Duties at Lese Group Resources:
• Initialized guidelines and procedures for leasing and sales staff. • Established staff goals and marketing agendas. • Research, compile and disseminate various forms of information. • Manage and provide pricing on leasing products and various types of equipment. • Negotiate leasing contracts with other leasing companies. • Administer Due Diligence, Credit Analysis, as well as prepare, execute, and administer lease documentation between The LGR Group and businesses. • Provide input in areas of new business development within The LGR Group. • Initialize, implement and manage various new business avenues and ventures that resulted in to profit generating revenue.
