Daily Duties at Md Anderson:
Process and prepare laboratory specimens, materials and supplies for analyzing. Sterilize bio-hazardous waste, specimens and media; decontaminate examine and test equipment. Perform venipuncture and maintains cleanliness of the laboratory. Perform basic office and clerical duties as needed. Complete knowledge of practices and principles of basic laboratory operations. Adhere to general rules for safe exposure to chemical and blood borne pathogens through standard (universal) precautions and infection control procedure.
