Daily Duties at Timco:

Reporting to the Timco Chief Financial Officer and the Audit Committee, managed Internal Audit teams; Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program, including scoping, process documentation and identification of key controls; managed internal audit program and other compliance projects; coordinated with management, external auditors and other outside consultants to develop and execute internal audit and SOX audit plans for Timco global operations; provided timely and adequate internal audit input and documentation to Corporate Senior Management; developed audit programs for data access controls, data security administration, internet use and firewalls, disaster recovery, and Business Continuity Plans; recommended and developed control and governance processes to improve the effectiveness of risk management; ensured the awareness of internal controls and SOX compliance throughout the Timco; developed and administered compliance training programs; perform reviews of Timco policies and procedures to assess adequacy of internal controls over financial reporting; managed Finance policy and procedure development and review process; advised management in financial policy and process matters; assisted with preparation of a thorough compliance plan and audit department budget.
