Daily Duties at Spherion Epson America:
Coordinated and administered management and staff development training per Director of HR. Researched various programs for compatibility with company needs. Negotiated contracts with training vendors, locations and contractors. Produced training materials and educational workshops. Prepared new hire orientation letter, packages and standard access and distribution to new employees upon acceptance of position. Set up new hire file including review of original documents for completion. Notified managers/supervisors and employees of merit reviews due on a quarterly basis. Coordinated the management approval process for payroll cutoff and check calculations. Routed paperwork from Human Resources approval to payroll, managers and employee files. Administered the tuition and seminar assistance programs. Tracked training enrollment and communicate confirmations. Responded to request for verification of employment (VOE's) within 24 hours. Perform administrative support, special tasks and assignments as required by management.
