• Manage the entire treasury function, including cash management, on-line-banking and all financial transactions, such as loans and mortgages. • Prepare and develop financial plans, annual budget and operational analysis for Senior Management review. • Extensive working relationship with outside Auditors, regarding tax payments, Inventory reconciliation and the year-end corporate audit. • Calculate sales commission percentages and outstanding payable/receivable reports. • Created a cash flow spreadsheet to determine cash availability on a daily basis. • Oversee facility operations to include building maintenance and repairs. • Effectively process the complete ADP employee payroll to include tax filings, benefits withholdings and all other payroll related issues. • Coordinating all Human Resource functionality, maintaining Administrator status. • Organize the quarterly reporting and year-end audit for outside audito
