Daily Duties at Goal Financial, Llc:
• Perform complex operational analysis and data analytics for the Loan Operations and Sales departments. • Perform Validity Verifications, Disparity, Threshold, and Borrower Benefits analysis. • Developed analytical reporting; including but not limited to: pipeline reporting, trend reporting and volume reporting. • Designed a reconciliation model for an overall operational process to make certain that all loans are accurately reported. • Provide in-depth operational analysis, requirements gathering and management of complex strategic and cross-functional initiatives involving both IT and non-IT implementations. • Perform root-cause analysis and trend analysis on process and system deficiencies. • Analyze business/user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements; identifies current and future state gaps and industry best practices. • Analyze and synthesize information in order that creative strategies and solutions can be developed and implemented to strengthen operational controls. • Act as a liaison with Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Product Development, Finance, Compliance/Legal and other business units regarding operational data. • Communicates findings and makes recommendations to management and Senior Executive Management.
