Daily Duties at Countrywide Financial:
• Oversaw, coordinated, performed, and documented compliance with the HMDA (Home Mortgage Disclosure Act) and submission of annual HMDA data. • Responsible for the design and development of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for all production divisions and executive management. • Designed, tested, implemented, and analyzed large quantities of raw data while compiling the data from a variety of sources. • Provide leadership and oversight of an offshore HMDA data integrity project. • Analyzed and synthesized information in order that creative strategies and solutions can be developed and implemented to strengthen regulatory controls. • Assisted in the development of presentation materials for executive management, Board of Directors, and regulatory agencies.
