• Handled Workers Compensation claims • Contacted HRs that work for the airport to complete claims that had lack of information. • Created Service Request in Seibel for the compensation claim with the employee’s claim information. • Documented in Seibel every action that was done to help process the claim. • Developed spreadsheets to keep track of all employee claim files that were in the Backlog Workers Compensations possession. • Process TSP (Thrift Savings Plan) forms for airport employees and mail them out to payroll when completed
