Daily Duties at Prime Pay:

• Provide answers to client’s payroll, billing, delivery, and direct deposit or tax questions. • Make initial contact at specified time and follow-up to process daily scheduled payrolls and other related inquire. • Manage daily trip list of scheduled calls in a fast paced environment. • Make requested changes in client’s payroll data as required. • Participate in Quarter/Year end preparation and completion. • Continued education through in-house training, research and use of BNA. • Contact Federal and State tax agencies to solve tax return issues. • Initial review of tax notice with checklist. • Provide accurate payroll corrections with consideration of effects the data may have on tax filing and due dates. • Backup to Main Switchboard Operator.
