Daily Duties at Ibm:
• Administered company provided benefits including Health, Dental, Life, Discount Programs, etc. • Managed company sponsored seminars and conferences as well as company special events. • Designed and managed Associate Appreciation Programs and performance evaluation process. • Reviewed and approved travel itineraries for the entire company by verifying compliance with corporate travel policies. • Developed and administered new hire orientation training, including insurance benefits and Corporate Standards of Conduct policies. • Created and managed, on an on-going basis, statistical reports tracking applicant flow process, employment trends, and staffing plans. • Created new recruitment, interviewing and hiring procedures for salary and hourly associates which in turn, allowed the hiring managers to be more efficient and productive with their time. • Developed and executed staffing initiatives, hiring strategies, and business development objectives.
