Daily Duties at Kit Carson Nursing & Rehabilitation Center :
check and record patient vital signs, check and document patients activities of daily living, assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and in some cases walking, transfer and tranport residents by wheelchair, assist with meals, observe patients and advise the nursing staff of any change in altertness or emotions.
