Daily Duties at Kingsland Surgery Center:

-Was brought in to aid in the start-up of the Surgery Center -Create an acceptable par level for both in surgical suites and back stock -Create acceptable sets for surgical procedures (instrument pans and sets) -Create a workflow within surgical suite, placement of equipment and storage that is within JACO and OSHA guidelines -Be the liaison between Doctors and staff for needs within the surgical suite including instrument needs and equipments and supplies -Keep and run a smooth schedule per day and keep surgeries on-time -Train any New Hire Surgical Tech -Disseminate any tasks evenly within the surgical staff -Train staff with any new equipment and procedures
