Daily Duties at Degree C:
VP Quality & Process Improvement: Integrated acquired business (IQS) into operations. Using a DMAIC (lean six sigma) methodology, restructured entire company to support a product based management system, driving a 5 point margin improvement as well as an approximate 50% improvement in product development cycle time. Continue to drive overall Corp Quality activities, as well as product reliability testing and analysis
