Daily Duties at Tek Systems Inc:
Consulting engagements and entrepreneur endeavors •Senior Manager IT/IS Project Manager. Project Management of 24/7 IT groups and Network Operation Centers, and Project Management. Application Development, Project Management and management leaderships. •IT/IS/NOC responsibilities for 24/7-hour availability of multiple Fortune 5000 clients networks of production and corporate IT services. Responsible for ensuring the technology and processes are in place and followed, service interruptions are tracked to resolutions. Responsible for all IT/IS/NOC project processes, tracking, and driving solutions to better ensure availability and reliability of client services. Ensured scheduling; staff motivation and performance reviews as part of my regular duties. Responsible for adherence and implementation of ITIL methodologies, including Change and Problem Management. Interfaced with engineering, sales, clients, Pre-sales, Senior management, project managers etc.
