Daily Duties at Mth Associates Corporation:

President/VP/CIO/CEO/Director/Senior Manager IT/IS. Hands-on management of 24/7 IT groups and Network Operation Center (NOC), Help Desk management, and management leaderships. Enterprise Systems Management with strong background in delivery of FCAPS solutions IT/IS/NOC responsibilities for 24/7-hour availability of multiple Fortune 2000 clients networks including the monitoring, notification, tracking and problem resolution of production and corporate IT services. Was responsible for ensuring the technology and processes are in place and followed, service interruptions are tracked to resolution, and proper escalation to appropriate personnel at the client and within the company are followed. Was responsible for all IT/IS/NOC/SAP reporting processes, tracking, and driving solutions to better ensure availability and reliability of client services. Ensured scheduling; staff motivation and performance reviews as part of my regular duties. Worked with engineering, sales, clients, Pre-sales, Senior management, project managers with 150+ employees at 4 subsidiaries located in NE, MO, MN, KC and TX, providing high tech applications to industries of over $120 Million. Environments within the enterprise: Legacy Cobol/CICS/IDMS/VSAM systems and client server/Web .NET systems centralized and distributed systems in field offices and other facilities. Key Challenges: (i). Building a positive image and infrastructure for the Information Technologies department while introducing effective financial controls; (ii). Reestablishing relationships with venders and securing financing for expansion projects; (iii). Strategically growing 2 under-performing divisions by streamlining operational processes and outsourcing a significant portion of manufacturing activities.
