Daily Duties at Aegis Communications:
Responsible for entire Inbound Bell South Internet Services Inbound and Out Bound campaigns. Responsible for maintaining expected goals (Service level, Quality, Hours, and Conversion). Key - player in the direction and coaching of supervisors and other staff. Played an active role in recruitment of new staff, scheduling, and ensuring that training requirements were met. Delivered, revised, and created training material both in Port Saint Lucie, Florida and in Rocky Mount, North Carolina that covered both inbound and outbound selling of Dial-up and DSL services.
