Updated financial product information to remain current and competitive. • Monitored status of pending sales; aggregated information and identified relevant trends to analyze with management team and facilitate effective decisions to maximize sales growth. • Manage all aspect of loan processing; examine credit risks, assess credit history, and analyze credit report to identified finance packages that were most suited for each customer’s financial status, needs, preferences, and credit worthiness to determine feasibility of granting loan, approve or deny loan within established limit. • Maintained and analyzed daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensured information has been recorded accurately. • Identified trends and developments in competition and presented findings to senior management • Proven skills and ability to underwrite and process high number of loans at one time in a fast paced environment. • Verify loan agreements and supporting documents are accurate and in compliance with all federal, state, city, and professional regulations. • Increased back end (finance & warranty) revenues that generated an additional 33% gross monthly income while handling client concerns ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
