Daily Duties at Washington Mutual Bank:
• Leads all sales activities of all personnel within a branch, ensuring full utilization of customer and business relationship to meet and exceed sales goals. Lead all internal and external sales initiatives including loan production, while ensuring development of the financial center staff. • Participate in the local community organizations and charities to enhance the Company’s image and develop new business relationships and referral sources. • Develop annual, monthly, and weekly business plan growth. Oversee sales, operations, and personnel administration to accomplish these goals. • Manage customer service level on a daily basis within the branch, establish improvement plans if needed and insure execution of new procedures to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. • Supervise all staff to ensure the financial center effectively delivers financial products and services to existing and new customers. • Ensure that operational integrity is not compromised.
