Daily Duties at Volt Technical Resources:
• Lead a team of four recruiters covering technical staffing for Volt’s Microsoft account. Lead weekly team meetings addressing aging/escalated orders, recruiting strategies, new policies, establishing team goals and highlighting success stories. Trained two first-time recruiters into successful/ productive team members. Continually mentored staff. • Developed/fostered business relationships and a strong “recruiting” reputation for Volt. Served as the Account Manager for the Product Support and Software Engineering groups at Microsoft. Drove meetings with hiring managers gathering/minimizing requirements, setting expectations and establishing recruiting strategies. Resolved escalated issues. • Recruited and hired Web/Application Developers, Support Analysts/Engineers, Software Design Engineers, Test Engineers, Program Managers and Business Systems Analysts. Lead by example as an effective recruiter placing all levels of candidates.
