Daily Duties at Voyant Technologies, Now A Division Of Polycom:

• Developed, implemented and improved recruitment strategy and processes. Provided consultation and coaching to directors, managers and staff at all levels within the company regarding hiring practices, staffing needs, job description writing and interviewing techniques. Wrote proposals and reports for HR Director regarding hiring activity, sourcing needs and successes and the strategic direction of corporate recruiting. • Created and delivered recruitment training program for managers that focused on job specification creation, interview question techniques, legal concerns, building interviewing teams, obtaining feedback, and closing the interview process. • Recruited/hired directors, managers and staff for Product Development, Engineering, Operations, Quality Assurance, Product Support, Documentation, Manufacturing, Project Management, Training, Sales, HR, and Finance/Accounting. Conducted interviews daily. Wrote job descriptions. Played a key role in hiring 95 employees of all levels in a year and a half’s time. • Developed strong candidate flow and created multiple recruiting channels for Voyant. Established and fostered college / university recruiting relationships and internship programs. Created and delivered PowerPoint presentations to candidates at recruiting events. Marketed Voyant as a premier employer in the Denver market.
