Daily Duties at Boyle, Olson & Robinson:
Data entry of attorney time slips for fees, costs, and client disbursements on a daily basis; data entry of fees, costs, client disbursements, attorney discounts and write-offs for pre-bills and final bill to clients on a monthly basis; post fees, costs, client disbursements, and write-offs to ledger cards; month-end spreadsheet summaries for each attorney; total hours, total fees, costs, and write-offs. Assist office manager in various office duties, accounts receivable, collections/judgment accounts, bank reconciliation of trust accounts, update client lists, spreadsheets, reports, letters, Internet research, bank deposits, filing, distribute mail, maintain postage meter, order office supplies, greet clients, answer and monitor phone calls.
