Daily Duties at Skill Soft (Formerly Thomson Ne Tg):
Manage the daily operation of an internal and external support help desk. Manage the Product Technical Support team with 16 techs in a call center and remote environment. Manager of the Premier Support program including Microsystems and Cisco. Utilized work force management based on historical call volume. Conduct interviews to back fill staff. Conduct monthly and yearly performance reviews. Lead weekly team meetings for ongoing training. Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports to President, VPs and department directors using Crystal and Avaya ACD reports. Monitor call volume and manage agent skill sets using Avaya ACD. Monitor ASA, average abandon rate, average handle time, and email response. Report to the VP of Customer Care.
