Conceptualized and instituted department procedures facilitating efficiency. Evaluated and recommended reasonable accommodations when necessary. Interpreted and disseminated Federal Regulations on behalf of owner and recipients. Created policies regulating compliance issues in areas such as screening practices, grievance procedures, exclusion criteria and program adherence. Investigated lease violations and program fraud in relationship to misappropriated funds. Performed as an intermediary between owner of project and Department of Housing & Community Services. Developed relationships with community resources for outreach purposes. Prepared, processed, and negotiated legal documents relating to property management transactions such as rental contracts, eviction proceedings, small claim actions, collections, repayment agreements, subsidy approvals and/or revocations with cause, imposition of penalties and enforcement.
