Complied & developed exhaustive reference materials for personnel use in branch offices. Represented organization throughout local community participating in various forums, trainings, and conventions. Established working relationships with identified professionals such as attorneys, investigators for the State of Oregon, police officers, justice department, court clerks, etc.
