Daily Duties at American Property Management:
Managed & oversaw the performance on 3100 residential units, 16 pools, & 36 on-site managers. Conducted weekly inspections. Ensured company policies & procedures were adhered too. Prepared & issued legal notices for violations & code infractions to pertinent parties. Resolved & mediated disputes with tenants, neighbors, & governing agencies in an effort to adhere to Federal & State authorities. Recommended corrective actions for infringements & nuisances for respective properties. Provided new hire training and follow-up to ensure implementation and understanding of objectives. Responsibilities included but not limited to conflict resolution and mediation. Negotiated settlement agreements for court proceedings and legal recourse.
