Packaged loan submissions to be presented on behalf of clients for mortgage lender approval. Performed all processing, decision, and pre-closing tasks required to manufacture a loan in compliance with program standards and best practices from point of application to submission to underwriting to closing. Ordered required credit reports, appraisals, employment and asset documentation via (3rd party) and other documentation to complete loan files. Analyzed financial risks with respect to real estate owned, credit profile, income, debt to income ratios, loan to value indicatives, etc. to determine qualifications and requirements for specific loan programs and products matrixes. Interviewed and took applications as well as provided ongoing communication to clients throughout the process to ease any concerns or questions that arose on behalf on the brokers. Prepared legal instruments for signatures at closing table. Interfaced with several agents, attorneys, financial advisors, broker coordinators, underwriters, and account executives. Individually managed 30 loans in any given month.
