Daily Duties at Oxford Management Services:

Managed the deployment, performance, upgrades and support of all PC as well as LAN-based hardware and software in a Windows NT/ Windows 2000 environment Provided technical expertise and support for various applications, including but not limited to: MS Office, Outlook, Exchange 5.5, Arc Serve 2000 and Citrix Metaframe XPA as well as several proprietary applications Performed network backup related procedures Troubleshoot and supported various hardware inclusive of, but not limited to: servers, tape drives workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, digital cameras and PDA’s Configured and tested applications, as well as provide training and procedures to co-workers Extensive involvement in managing and maintaining all levels of client relationships Directly managed both electronic and manual claim entry processes and procedures Allocated and reassigned debtor accounts to multiple collectors utilizing SQL scripts Generated and modified Crystal Reports
