Local and remote technical support to over 300 town employees Troubleshoot all hardware and software related issues including printers, personal computers, servers and BlackBerry handheld devices Establish and maintain constant communication with end users through frequent off site visits and phone conversations Configure new users or groups with network access including generating and maintaining log for all Information Technology requests Test and install network or workstation applications as needed Backup and restore personal computers utilizing Norton Ghost Install network cable runs and connect to patch panels and network office terminations Support for Windows 2000, XP, Microsoft Office 2003 and XP, BlackBerry Manager 4.1, LasersFiche 6.1, Adobe Professional 5, Govern 8.5
