- Responsible for all operations and management of the design department, a total team of 8. - Responsible for all merchandise including sampling of new collections. - Communicate directly with CEO and the Sales Department regarding development of new samples and progress of the design office. - Set directions of new collections and projects with all designers. - Communicate directly with the Production Department on shipments of all development samples.
